We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic recruiter to manage large-scale hiring of General Duty Assistants (GDA) for our Hyderabad operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment of GDA (General Duty Assistant) staff.
Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, local networks, institutes, NGOs, and referral programs.
Conduct screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with operations/clinical teams.
Handle bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment from nursing/GDA training institutes.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Coordinate with HR and operations for smooth joining and deployment.
Achieve monthly hiring targets as per manpower requirements.
Build strong pipeline for continuous hiring needs
