Recruitment Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

• Screen student resumes and match profiles to company requirements
• Build and maintain daily liaison and partnerships with electrical automation firms, integrators, and OEMs
• Organize campus hiring events and virtual interview drives
• Manage interview scheduling, confirmations, and follow‑ups (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
• Conduct resume reviews, mock interviews, and feedback sessions
• Prepare and share monthly placement progress reports with management
• Track performance metrics (interviews scheduled, placements confirmed, response rate)
• Monitor industry trends (salary benchmarks, in‑demand skills) and keep the institute updated

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Business specialization preferred)
• 0–1 years of recruitment/HR experience, or freshers with strong communication skills
• Proficient in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
• Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable with MS Office / Google Sheets
• Target‑oriented, results‑driven, and able to work under pressure
