Regional Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts for hotel patrons in assigned locations & engage in reconciliation discussion with them at pre-decided frequency

• Manage regional owner / operator approvals and ensure timely payments

•Monitor budget tracking against security deposit / business advance in coordination with hotel patron while overseeing operator recovery payments and reconciliation

• Streamline invoice submissions and ensure timely closures every month

• Ensure diligent payment follow ups and communication

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field with relevant work experience of 2+ years

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software

• In-depth understanding of business book keeping procedures & accounting regulations
