Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Manager to lead and expand our Generator Sales and Service operations in the assigned region.

The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, appointing and managing sales teams, and increasing business from corporate clients, industries, builders, hotels, and government departments. The role includes regular market visits, meeting key customers, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of regional sales targets.

The Regional Manager will also monitor team performance, guide and motivate the sales team, and ensure strong customer relationships and satisfaction. The candidate should identify new markets, strengthen dealer networks, and expand the company’s presence in the region.
