URGENT HIRING – REGIONAL SALES MANAGER( CALLHR Contact: 9257047843)
Location: F-715, Mayur Dynamic Tiles & Pavers, near Chitrala Circle, Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 + Incentives (discussed in interview)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in sales
Qualifications: Minimum Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product training sessions with distributors and sales staff.
- Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and territories.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
- Drive promotional campaigns and coordinate marketing initiatives in the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and quality standards.
