Relationship Manager

Key responsibilities

• Client relationship management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact. 
• Customer service: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 
• Product and service promotion: Proactively identify customer needs and suggest suitable banking products and services through suggestive selling and cross-selling. 
• Sales and business development: Acquire new customers, meet sales targets, and contribute to the bank's revenue growth. 
• Account management: Assist with account openings, closures, and other administrative tasks like processing transactions and verifying documents. 
• Problem-solving: Use problem-solving skills to provide proactive solutions to client issues. 
• Compliance: Ensure all activities and interactions comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 
• Data and reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and prepare reports on their outcomes.
