Position: Relationship Manager (RM) – HL / LAP

Location: Jaipur

CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months

Role Overview: we hiring Relationship Managers (RM) for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products in Jaipur location. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management to drive loan business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Home Loan (HL) and LAP business through field sales activities.
• Identify and develop new customers, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products.
• Collect and verify KYC and loan documentation.
• Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in HL / LAP / BFSI sales
