Relationship Manager

1. Client Servicing –

* Act as the single point of contact for mapped client’s queries and concern.

*Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.

*Monitor and update clients about new products/plans, their investment and market news.

* Responsible for their activation, nominee add, KYC or any modification.

* Understand clients’ financial needs and risk profiles.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation –

* Achieve monthly targets for new account openings, investment in MF, insurance and other products.

*Acquire new clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, referencing, self-sourcing, and other marketing activities.

*Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing/new clients, suggesting products/services that meet their needs.

*Explain and assist clients in opening demat and investment.

* Cross-sell financial products to existing clients.

3. Market Research & Updates –

*Stay updated with the latest financial market trends and investment strategies.

*Plan Marketing and promotional activities as per new guidelines and aware customer as well.
