• Generate leads through field visits, builder tie-ups, and references.
• Achieve disbursement targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

2️⃣ Relationship Officer – Merchant Acquiring Business (EDC / QR / Payment Gateway)Onboard new merchants for POS/EDC and digital payment solutions.

• Promote Axis Bank’s payment gateway to online businesses.
• Achieve merchant activation and transaction targets.

3️⃣ Relationship Officer – Credit Card Sales Acquire new customers for Axis Bank Credit Cards.

• Conduct field visits and promotional activities.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.

4️⃣ Relationship Officer – Gold Loan Department Handle walk-in customers for gold loan services.

• Manage documentation, renewals, and interest collections.
• Ensure compliance and safety of gold assets.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream).
• Experience: Fresher or up to 5 years in BFSI / NBFC / Sales / Finance.
• Must be comfortable with field sales and achieving monthly targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
