The job responsibilities of a Reservation Executive majorly include below points
- Handling the hotel room reservations from the corporate office of the company over the call, email and WhatsApp
- Handling the hotel room reservations from the corporate office of the company over the Online Travel Websites
- Managing the guest feedback over the call
- Optimising the room rates over the online travel websites to maximise the room revenues
Basic Skiils Required for this job profile are
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Verbal and Written both)
- Understanding of % discount calculation and basic routine maths.
