Job Description :

BURGERSAA RESTAURANT ( NEAR JK LAXMIPATH UNIVERSITY , MAHINDRA SEZ JAIPUR )

* Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

* Ensure excellent customer service by taking orders politely and handling customer queries professionally.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, café area, and equipment as per FSSAI & company guidelines.

* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety, hygiene, and service.

* Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately (if assigned to counter duties).

* Coordinate with kitchen and team members for smooth and timely order delivery.

* Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform the Store Manager for replenishment.

* Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the store/shift as assigned.

* Adhere to company grooming standards and maintain a positive brand image.

* Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

* Report any customer complaints, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the Store Manager immediately.
