Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff management while ensuring smooth and profitable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Control inventory, stock, and supplies efficiently.
Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with chefs, cooks, and service staff for smooth functioning.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Develop strategies to increase revenue, manage costs, and improve profitability.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional restaurant environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations.
Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management.
Customer-focused mindset with good organizational skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred (not mandatory).
2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
