Burger Farm – Crew Member Job Responsibilities (10 Points)

1. Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru.
2. Prepare food and beverages as per Burger Farm recipes, quality standards, and hygiene norms.
3. Ensure timely service to maintain quick service restaurant (QSR) speed and efficiency.
4. Handle cash, billing, and digital payments responsibly and accurately.
5. Maintain cleanliness of the store, kitchen, dining area, and workstations at all times.
6. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines strictly (FSSAI standards).
7. Assist in inventory handling, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
8. Work as a team player and support colleagues during peak hours.
9. Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
10. Address basic customer queries or complaints politely and escalate issues to the Shift In-Charge when required.
