Job Description
- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert styling or product advice.
- Sales Achievement: Actively promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs (First Citizen), and use suggestive selling or upselling to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Section Management: Maintain the visual appeal of assigned sections (e.g., apparel, footwear) by restocking shelves and following planograms.
- Billing & Operations: Support the billing counter, handle returns/exchanges, and ensure accurate tagging and pricing of merchandise.
- Inventory & Security: Assist in stock counts, report low stock or damages, and monitor for shoplifting to support loss prevention.
