Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Mobile Sales Executive to join our retail team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for selling smartphones and accessories, assisting customers, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in selecting mobile phones and accessories
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and warranty details clearly
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Demonstrate mobile phone features and basic troubleshooting
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes
• Maintain stock records and ensure proper product display
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Stay updated with the latest mobile models and technology trends
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
• Prior experience in mobile or electronics sales preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and accessories
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends
• Experience 1–3 years of experience in retail/mobile sales
