Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our store in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, understand retail sales, and be able to deliver a pleasant in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain product displays and overall store cleanliness
• Handle billing, payments, and basic POS operations
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Manage stock, assist in inventory checks, and report shortages
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or fashion sales preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented
• Willingness to work weekends and peak hours
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
