Job Description
Job Title: Bakery Outlet Manager
Location: Hapley Cakes & Bakes
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily outlet operations & staff.
- Maintain hygiene, display & customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and control wastage.
- Manage billing, cash & inventory.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management team.
Requirements:
- Min. 2–3 years experience in café/bakery/F&B.
- Strong communication & leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, POS).
Salary: ₹10,000–14,000
Timings: 9–10 hrs/day, weekly off rotational
