Residual Value Management Coordinator - Collections

Key Deliverables: 

• Monitoring compliance of the repossession and the release policy 

• Monitoring Flagging of repossession and release of vehicle 

• Issue letter for release and sales of repossession vehicle 

• Verification of Repossession, Valuation & yard rental bills 

• Liaison with repossession agents, valuation agents and yard owners 

• Follow up on issue of post repossession/pre sale notice 

• Liaison with RTO agents for vehicle tax related issues 

• Quarterly compliance, Reconciliation and TDS and issue of channel partners  

• Coordination for Auction of vehicles 

• Issuing and monitoring of post sale documents 

• Coordination with internal and statutory Auditors for the sale 

• Coordinating with other verticals for RVM related activity Delinquency tracking and management, monitoring of the portfolio and annual review of proposal
