• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Communicate with clients/customers professionally
• Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and laws.
• Provide detailed property info and guide clients through the buying process.

• Good communication.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
