Job Description: Sales Manager

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and markets.

2. Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

3. Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.

Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market data.

6. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the company’s product range, including packaging machines and related services.

Educate clients about product features and benefits.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or machinery industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.

Language: Fluency in English and Hindi.
