Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with Fresher - 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.

The candidate must have strong presentation and communication skills, along with hands-on expertise in Canva, to effectively pitch services, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Result Areas):

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Build a strong pipeline of potential clients in real estate, architecture, and related sectors
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, client meetings, and references

2. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

• Convert leads into clients through structured follow-ups and negotiations
• Deliver compelling presentations using Canva/PPT

3. Client Relationship Management

• Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients

4. Presentation & Communication Excellence

• Maintain clear and professional communication (verbal & written)
• Represent the company with a strong professional presence
• Create impactful presentations and proposals for clients

Key Skills Required:

• Strong presentation & pitching skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Canva
• Experience in field sales & client handling
• Good knowledge of marketing strategies and execution
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• MBA (Marketing/Business Administration) is preferable
• Willingness to travel for field work
• Presentable personality and professional attitude
