The Sales & Operations Executive at Future Frame Solutions will play a central role in driving business growth while ensuring smooth execution of aluminium doors, windows, and façade projects. The role combines client-facing sales responsibilities with end-to-end operational coordination. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation, site visits, and technical understanding to quotation preparation, client negotiations, and project closure—and will simultaneously oversee production follow-ups, vendor coordination, material planning, site supervision updates, and installation scheduling. The role demands strong communication skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and timelines. The executive will work closely with both partner companies, The Window Factory and Metalia, ensuring aligned standards of quality, documentation, and customer experience across all projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and convert leads for aluminium doors, windows, sliders, partitions, and façade systems.

• Conduct client meetings, site measurements, requirement gathering, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and quotations in coordination with design/production teams.
• Follow up with customers for approvals, payments, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with manufacturing units of The Window Factory & Metalia for timelines, dispatches, and material readiness.
• Plan installation schedules, assign site teams, and ensure project progress updates.
• Monitor inventory, vendor deliveries, glass orders, hardware availability, and logistics.
• Maintain CRM, documentation, invoices, work orders, and daily operational trackers.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure a smooth installation experience for the client.
• Support management in procurement decisions, operational process improvements, and monthly reporting.
