Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Manager responsible for managing end-to-end sales coordination and order execution, from client acquisition to final delivery. The role involves client interaction, quotation management, internal coordination with production and logistics teams, and ensuring timely achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with prospective clients, including Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers, and other channel partners.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations, share with clients, and conduct regular follow-ups for approvals and order closures.
• Follow up with clients for timely payments and coordinate with the accounts team.
• Coordinate with purchase and production teams to ensure timely completion of confirmed orders.
• Liaise with the logistics team to ensure proper and on-time delivery of materials.
• Ensure successful closure of sales orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales coordination, or sales operations (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of computers, MS Excel, email communication, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
