Job Description:
For sales executive/IT sales/ telecaller
As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our IT products and services. You will develop relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services (software, Website, Application, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
