Job Title: Business Development Field Sales Manager β Software / ERP Sales (B2B)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in B2B software sales, especially ERP solutions such as π Tally ERP / SAP / Oracle ERP / Zoho ERP / Odoo (MANDATORY).
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth by selling software solutions to businesses across industries.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and references
- Pitch and sell ERP / software solutions (π Tally ERP / SAP / Oracle ERP / Zoho ERP / Odoo) to SMEs and enterprises
- Conduct product demos and client presentations
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Handle complete sales cycle: Lead β Demo β Negotiation β Closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams
- Required Skills & Experience:1β6 years of experience in B2B software field sales
- Strong hands-on experience in ERP sales (π Tally ERP / SAP / Oracle ERP / Zoho ERP / Odoo is COMPULSORY)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to handle enterprise and SME clients
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Preferred Background:Experience in industries like SaaS, ERP, CRM, or IT services
- Prior experience in field sales / corporate sales
- Candidates from Jaipur or willing to relocate
- Candidates with direct selling experience in π Tally ERP / SAP / Oracle ERP / Zoho ERP / Odoo will be HIGHLY PREFERRED
Salary Range:βΉ15,000 β βΉ30,000/month + 30,000/- month Incentives (depending on experience)
