Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the metal furniture, architectural metalwork, and custom fabrication sectors.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers, highlighting product features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and interior designers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account management and new customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Technical Support & Product Knowledge

• Understand technical specifications, materials, and fabrication processes (sheet metal, welding, powder coating, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effective solutions for customer projects.
• Provide technical guidance and after-sales support to clients.

Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and brand visibility.
• Develop marketing materials (catalogues, brochures, digital content, etc.) in coordination with the marketing team.
• Maintain and update the company’s online presence through social media, website content, and digital marketing tools.

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Prepare quotations, tenders, and sales reports.
• Manage client databases and ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs to management.
