Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident eCommerce Calling Executive to join our team. The role involves calling potential sellers, explaining eCommerce onboarding processes, and assisting them in listing their products on online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Ajio, Etsy, Myntra, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and communicate with sellers regarding eCommerce onboarding.
• Explain account creation, documentation, and product listing procedures.
• Follow up with sellers to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain call records and update daily reports.
• Coordinate with the internal operations team for account activations.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Google Sheets).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in eCommerce calling or telesales will be an added advantage.

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
