​Role Overview: Aura Real Estate is looking for an active and driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a professional property mediation firm, we connect buyers with sellers and lessors with lessees. Your primary role will be to handle on-ground property visits, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth deal closures strictly following our company guidelines.

​Key Responsibilities (Statement of Work): * Field Operations: Conduct physical property visits and site inspections with prospective clients for commercial and residential properties.

• ​Mediation & Negotiation: Act as a professional mediator between property owners and seekers to negotiate terms and finalize deals.
• ​Data Management: Systematically record client feedback, property details, and market data after every field visit.
• ​Team Coordination: Work closely with the internal telecalling and data management staff to ensure a seamless flow of leads from the office to the field.
• ​Process Adherence: Strictly follow company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for lead tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.
• ​Market Sourcing: Actively scout and add new quality properties to our portfolio within the Jaipur market.

​Requirements & Qualifications: * Proven experience in field sales (Real Estate experience in the Jaipur market is highly preferred).

• ​Strong understanding of local areas, especially commercial hubs around Vaishali Nagar and the wider Jaipur region.
• ​Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• ​Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily daily travel.
• ​Ability to maintain professional data records and follow systematic work guidelines.

​Compensation: * Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Commission (To be discussed during the interview).
