We are looking for confident and motivated Sales Executives to join our marketing agency team. This role is focused on connecting with brands, understanding their business needs, and closing deals for our marketing services.

The responsibilities include making cold calls and doing cold outreach to potential brands and business owners, attending and handling sales meetings on Google Meet, and communicating clearly and professionally in English and Hindi. The role also involves understanding the client’s brand, industry, and marketing requirements, pitching Adency’s services such as social media marketing, paid ads, branding, and growth solutions, and following up with leads to move them toward closure. You will be required to maintain basic records of calls, meetings, and deal progress and coordinate with the leadership and management team.

The ideal candidate should have good English speaking and communication skills, confidence in handling calls and virtual meetings, and a strong sales mindset. Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding is preferred, and training will be provided. The candidate should be comfortable with cold calling and outreach, be disciplined, professional, and eager to learn. Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
