Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Finding new clients via networking, cold calling, social media, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Meeting, presenting, and demonstrating products/services to potential and existing customers (in-person, phone, video).
- Sales & Negotiation: Presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet targets.
- Account Management: Building strong relationships with current clients, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and handling complaints.
- Reporting & Strategy: Tracking sales, using CRM, reporting performance, and staying updated on market trends.
- Brand Representation: Attending industry events and acting as the face of the company to build trust and visibility.
