Sales Executive

Raja Arts is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and represent our handcrafted art and décor products with confidence and passion. The role involves showroom sales, client handling, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in understanding Raja Arts products
• Explain product details, craftsmanship, materials, and pricing clearly
• Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and repeat customers
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle billing, order confirmation, and coordination with dispatch/logistics
• Follow up with customers for repeat sales and referrals
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
• Update sales records and customer data regularly
• Support exhibitions, fairs, or special sales events when required
