Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Executive who will play a key role in educating prospects through webinars and training sessions, managing investor relationships, selling Wealth Club memberships, and closing real estate deals. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.Key Responsibilities

Training & Webinar Management

• Conduct webinar's & trainings online with our business partners
• Present projects, wealth strategies, and investment plans confidently
• Coordinate with marketing team for webinar promotions and lead flow

Wealth Club Membership Sales

• Pitch and sell Wealth Club memberships
• Clearly explain membership benefits, exclusive offers, and long-term value
• Follow up with interested prospects and close memberships
• Maintain engagement with existing Wealth Club members

Real Estate Sales

• Handle warm and qualified leads generated from campaigns, and referrals
• Understand investor requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Support site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Relationship & CRM Management

• Build long-term relationships with investors and members
• Maintain accurate data in CRM
• Provide post-sales support and encourage repeat investments

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication, presentation & persuasion skills

Comfortable with public speaking and hosting webinars

Sales-driven mindset with strong closing ability

• Basic knowledge of real estate and investment concepts
• Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, CRM tools
• Fluent in Hindi; working English required

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Number of webinars conducted
• Webinar attendance & conversion
• Wealth Club memberships sold
• Property sales revenue
• Lead-to-closure ratio

Compensation (Jaipur – Indicative)

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: High-performance based (₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000+)
• Growth Opportunity: Fast-track to Senior Sales / Investment Advisor role
