Reporting To: Co-Founder / Head – International Sales

With a strong presence across India, YUFTA is expanding globally to bring its ethnic fashion to international markets including the UAE, Mauritius, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and beyond.


Job Summary:The International Sales Executive will drive export sales for YUFTA’s women’s ethnic wear collections across targeted global markets. The role involves developing international buyer relationships, handling export documentation, managing shipments, and achieving growth through both direct clients and B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in UAE, Mauritius, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and other international markets.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Handle inquiries, pricing, negotiations, and finalization of export orders.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Track market trends, fashion preferences, and competitor activities in assigned countries.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets to enhance YUFTA’s global visibility.
  • Achieve export sales targets and contribute to market expansion strategies.


  • Qualifications & Skills:Graduate / Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in export / international sales (preferably in apparel, textiles, or fashion).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online B2B sales platforms.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and open to international travel.
  • Key Attributes:Passion for Indian fashion and cultural exports.
  • Global business mindset with strong networking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple international accounts effectively.
