Job Description

Position Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive, customer-oriented professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of understanding client requirements and presenting appropriate modular solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Present and demonstrate CMA Modular Systems’ product portfolio to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Collaborate with the design, estimation, and production teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • :Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in modular furniture, interiors, or construction materials.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
