Role Overview:

India’s leading bank is hiring for a Sales Executive (Merchant Establishment) role focused on acquiring and maintaining merchants who use the bank’s POS (Point of Sale) swiping machines.

Candidates will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, maintaining relationships with existing merchants, and ensuring consistent usage of the machines.

Products Handled:

• Debit/Credit Card Swiping Machine (POS Device)
• Payment getway installation to Bank customer, using QR Codes, cross selling of Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new merchants to use the bank's POS machine
• Retain and manage relationships with existing merchants
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Resolve queries and provide support to merchants
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Ensure POS machine activation and sustained usage
• Submit daily sales reports and lead updates

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month

Performance-Based Incentives: Upto ₹20,000/month depending on activations and usage retention

(Incentives may be slightly lower than loan sales roles but offer consistent earnings for consistent performers)
