• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and online platforms
• Meet with potential customers to present and explain solar products and services
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team for site visits and quotations
• Maintain client relationships and follow up for closures
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager
• Maintain daily records of visits and sales updates
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions
• Requirements:Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (Any stream)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to travel for field sales (within assigned area)
• Basic understanding of solar or willingness to learn
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented
• Own vehicle preferred (for field role)
