Sales Executive

📝 Job DescriptionWe are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Executive to join our premium jewelry showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for jewelry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with customers.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and understand their jewelry requirements
• Explain gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry designs, quality, and pricing
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry for weddings, gifting, and special occasions
• Maintain product knowledge including gold purity, diamond clarity, and certifications
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat visits
• Coordinate with team members and report to store manager
• 🎯 Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales (preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English; local language is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewelry terminology
• Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and festive seasons
• Honest, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
