Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing FMCG business. The role involves leading and expanding sales operations across the assigned region, ensuring strong market presence, and driving consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives/distributors, and building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.
• Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, sales executives, and field staff.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market coverage, and increase product penetration.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest effective market strategies.
• Ensure proper visibility, availability, and placement of products across retail outlets.
• Handle collection, credit control, and ensure timely reporting.
• Train and develop the sales team to achieve higher productivity.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA with 4–8 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales targets and a regional team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
