Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage backend operations, handle client interactions, and promote online sales. The ideal candidate should either have experience in the pump/industrial equipment industry or be eager to learn and grow in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and related documentation.
• Handle client queries promptly and provide accurate product information.
• Coordinate with the sales team and support order processing.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on enquiries.
• Promote and expand online sales channels for the company.
• Assist in backend operations and overall sales support activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Technical/Commerce background preferred).
• Prior experience in sales support, quotation management, or related field (preferred).
• Candidates from the pump/industrial equipment industry will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn about pumps and related products in depth.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
