Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell banking products, primarily loans (personal, home, business, or auto loans). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, referrals, and networking
• Promote and sell loan products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, or credit cards
• Meet prospective customers and explain product features, eligibility, and benefits
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and cross-selling
• Assist customers with documentation and loan application processes
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations) for smooth loan processing
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and financial products
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations
