We’re on the lookout for a B2C Sales Executive who can help us connect with travellers directly
— turning curiosity into bookings and building lasting guest relationships that define the
Moustache experience.
Role Overview
As a B2C Sales Executive, you’ll be the voice of Moustache for travellers. You’ll handle direct
inquiries, convert leads into bookings, manage relationships with guests, and ensure every
traveller's journey begins with a smooth and delightful booking experience.
This role is perfect for someone who’s energetic, persuasive, and passionate about travel and
hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
�� Sales & Lead Conversion
● Handle direct guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
● Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings for Moustache properties.
● Upsell additional services such as activities, experiences, and upgrades.
�� Customer Relationship Management
● Build strong relationships with repeat guests and travel communities.
● Ensure quick responses and personalized service for each guest.
● Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and address feedback proactively.
�� Coordination & Reporting
● Coordinate with property and operations teams to confirm availability and bookings.
● Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and closure reports.
● Support the marketing team with guest insights and promotional feedback.
�� Business Development
● Identify new sales opportunities and contribute ideas to improve conversions.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and travel behavior patterns.
Qualifications & Skills
● Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management or Business preferred).
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
● Customer-focused, persuasive, and result-oriented.
● Passion for travel, hospitality, and guest experiences.
