Sales Executive

Job Description: Sales Executive – Apparels & Footwear (Kids & Ladies Wear)

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage sales and customer service in our Kids & Ladies apparel and footwear section. The ideal candidate should be friendly, presentable, and able to guide customers with product selection.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist customers in selecting kids’ and ladies’ clothing and footwear.
• Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness.
• Handle billing, returns, and customer queries professionally.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Provide product information, size assistance, and styling suggestions.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with the store manager for stock requirements.
• Requirements:Experience in retail sales, especially in apparel or footwear, preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of sizes, fabrics, trends, and footwear categories.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
