The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting prospective clients, promoting our product offerings, and expanding our customer base. Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: • Visit potential clients as per the designated route and schedule. • Present and promote company products during in-person meetings. • Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions. • Onboard new customers every month by introducing products and ensuring a seamless transition. • Meet weekly targets for meetings, conversion rates, and average sales value. • Provide market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. • Report daily sales activities, client visits, and performance metrics to management. Key Requirements: • Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline). • Male candidates aged between 24 and 35 years. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an added advantage. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Willingness to travel for client visits.
