Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for visiting stores/shops door-to-door, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and building strong relationships with store owners.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct door-to-door visits to retail stores and businesses in the assigned area.
• Introduce and promote company products/services to shop owners and decision makers.
• Generate new leads and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and partners.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for updates and reporting.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic sales and negotiation ability
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps / reporting tools
• Strong customer handling skills
• Qualification:12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
• 0–2 years experience in field sales / marketing / door-to-door sales
• Other Requirements:Candidate should be comfortable with field work
• Must be energetic, confident, and target oriented
• Local area knowledge will be an advantage
