We are hiring a B2C Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed celebration bookings. The role involves interacting with customers via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
• Explain celebration packages and offerings clearly
• Convert leads into bookings through effective communication
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable setups
• Maintain basic lead and follow-up records
• Provide a polite and premium customer experience

Eligibility

• Strong English communication (mandatory)
• Fluency in Hindi & English
• Confident in customer interaction and sales
• Freshers with good communication can apply
• B2C sales / telecalling experience is a plus
