Responsibilities:-

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
• Educate clients about our home loan products and their features
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable home loan product for their needs
• Guide clients through the application process, including completing necessary paperwork and submitting required documents
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
• Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates on their loan applications
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

• Qualifications:-
• Proven experience in home loan sales or a similar role
• Sound knowledge of the home loan market and current lending regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
