Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to manage both outbound and inbound sales calls. The role involves explaining product features, addressing customer inquiries, nurturing leads, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions. The ideal candidate should be confident, articulate, and capable of building strong customer relationships over the phone.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound sales calls to prospective customers and introduce PUF panel products and solutions.
  • Manage inbound calls from customers seeking information, quotations, or assistance.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product details and recommendations.
  • Conduct effective follow-ups to nurture leads, maintain engagement, and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain organized and updated records of all calls, inquiries, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, technical details, and closing opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Share customer insights, challenges, and suggestions to support continuous sales improvement.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and respond professionally.
  • Strong listening skills and disciplined follow-up habits.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or lead-management tools.



Preferred Skills

  • Strong sales aptitude and logical decision-making ability.
  • Training or certification in sales, communication, or customer service.

Experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B calling—preferably in industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
