Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Sales Executive to support sales operations for solar mounting structures including Z Purlin, C Section, and solar frames. The role focuses on client coordination, quotation preparation, order processing, and sales support, working closely with the field sales and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Inside Sales & Client Handling
• Handle inbound enquiries from EPCs, installers & dealers
• Communicate with clients via phone, email & WhatsApp
• Share product details, specifications & pricing information

Quotation & Order Management

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices & sales orders
• Follow up on quotations for order confirmation
• Coordinate with field sales team for deal closure

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with production, dispatch & accounts teams
• Maintain sales records, order status & client database
• Ensure proper documentation for POs, invoices & dispatch

Customer Support

• Provide updates to clients regarding delivery timelines & dispatch status
• Handle basic customer queries & after-sales coordination
• Support payment follow-ups in coordination with accounts

Product Knowledge Required

• Solar mounting structures (MMS)
• Z Purlin, C Section, GI / HDG steel
• Basic understanding of rooftop & ground-mounted solar systems

Required Skills

• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email & CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• Basic understanding of sales process & pricing

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
• Technical or commerce background preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in solar EPC / structure / steel industry
• Good follow-up & negotiation support skills
• Organized, proactive & detail-focused
