Job Title: Sales Executive – CRM / Software Solutions (Pre-Sales Focus)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry Preference: CRM / SaaS / Enterprise Software / IT Solutions

Role Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with strong Pre-Sales capabilities who can drive revenue while effectively showcasing product value. This role combines lead generation, end-to-end sales execution, and product demonstration expertise. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling the complete sales cycle while also delivering impactful product presentations and solution-based discussions.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and digital platforms
  • Identify client requirements and map appropriate CRM / software solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Pre-Sales & Product Consulting

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning
  • Conduct compelling product demos and solution presentations for prospects
  • Understand business pain points and propose tailored software solutions
  • Address technical and functional queries during client discussions
  • Support proposal preparation, solution documentation, and sales collateral



Required Skills & Competencies

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM / SaaS / IT software sales
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and B2B sales
  • Strong product demonstration and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical features into business value
  • Good understanding of sales funnel and solution selling approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
  • Exposure to enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
