Job Title: Sales Executive – CRM / Software Solutions (Pre-Sales Focus)
Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with strong Pre-Sales capabilities who can drive revenue while effectively showcasing product value. This role combines lead generation, end-to-end sales execution, and product demonstration expertise. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling the complete sales cycle while also delivering impactful product presentations and solution-based discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and digital platforms
- Identify client requirements and map appropriate CRM / software solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Pre-Sales & Product Consulting
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning
- Conduct compelling product demos and solution presentations for prospects
- Understand business pain points and propose tailored software solutions
- Address technical and functional queries during client discussions
- Support proposal preparation, solution documentation, and sales collateral
Required Skills & Competencies
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM / SaaS / IT software sales
- Proven expertise in lead generation and B2B sales
- Strong product demonstration and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical features into business value
- Good understanding of sales funnel and solution selling approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
- Exposure to enterprise or mid-market clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
