Sales Executive/ CRM

We are looking for a Sales Executive with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Good English communication and soft-spoken personality
• Ability to handle client calls and maintain regular follow-ups
• Strong customer handling and relationship management skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Email communication
• Prior sales experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and understand their requirements
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and new customers
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
• Maintain client records and sales reports
